George Fleury plays AR
« on: August 23, 2016, 08:14:29 PM »
I've never come across this video before today.

The great George Fleury (My claim to fame is that I met him last year in Norfolk at the Organ and Keyboard festival, and boy can he play!) playing the AR100 in style..sounds fantastic.

You will have to have a 'Facebook Account' to listen to this.  I don't know why, but my 'default' for the sound was OFF .. so I had to click on the icon on the clip to hear it .. Hugh
Keep the music playing

Wow, he's good but I could do with less of the facial and tongue activity during his performances.  Who would have thought you could get that screaming trumpet sound on an AR like he does.

Here's another clip of George Fleury, on the Vintage Organ Group Forum:

To listen to this you'll have to have (a) a Facebook account and (b) apply to Vintage Organ Group and join.  Any (serious?) organists amongst you would be interested in this Group, I'm sure.  It's not a place for posting your music, but they put up and discuss, well, 'Vintage Organ Music'.
