Most youngsters today see this symbol # as a Hashtag.

So they see #'s and b's as Hashtags and Flats.

Chopin's Etude Op.10, No 3 in F hashtag Major, doesn't have the same ring.

Being silly one day I replaced the octave with a nontave (of nine notes). Sharps were up and flats were off, so you had G up and F off.

Music-makers from Yorkshire (England) would be particularly fond of tunes in the key of A up 😁. You probably need to be English and familiar with the Yorkshire accent to understand this play on the language.
